I contacted Frank's and they came out and explained how much it may cost depending on the extent of the job. I was scared!! He said but first of all, let me just snake the line to see what we think. He snaked it and said there is NOTHING wrong with my drain. FRANK'S you have a new customer!”

“I recently won their scavenger-hunt and found myself the winner of a brand new central heating and air system. That alone would have sufficed to earn 5 stars, but they went so far beyond that! As the owner of a home from the thirties, I knew mine would present some unusual challenges. Franks mitigated every single one, and did so with remarkable professionalism. One of those challenges was cutting into a plaster and lath ceiling. Ceilings and walls like these are annoying because of the dust when cutting into them. Their lead installer actually invented a device that allowed them to vacuum the dust while he cut into it. The staff treated me as if I were the biggest and best customer from the get-go. “We had a Delta faucet that would not quit dripping and we contacted Frank's Repair Plumbing. Dennis M was the plumber who arrived with a wonderful, friendly smile on his face. He informed us that our Delta should be under warranty with the manufacturer so we chose to contact them. We asked him about some other issues while he was here, and he was very knowledgeable in advising us on those issues, along with great knowledge on a new system that we will most likely have installed to help with our hard water.
